What is ‘no win, no fee’?
The vast majority of Personal Injury claims are undertaken by solicitors with to as a ‘no win, no fee’ arrangement. This is formally known as a Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA).

That means that our fees are only payable if the claim is successful and, in those circumstances, the costs are met by the other side.  If we are not successful then we do not get paid.

How long do I have to bring Personal Injury claim?
If you are over 18, then you have three years from the date of the accident to make a claim.

If you are under 18 then you have up until your 21st birthday.

How long will my Personal Injury claim take?
It is always a difficult question to answer as no two Personal Injury claims are the same. At Waddington Turner Wall Solicitors we will deal with everything quickly and efficiently and keep you updated every step of the way.

As a general rule we give a guide of approximately 9 – 12 months.

My GP says that I need some treatment but there is a long NHS waiting list and choosing to go privately it is too expensive – can you help?
In most cases we can ask the other side to arrange a treatment plan as quickly as possible in order to get you back to the position you were in before the accident.

My employer will only pay me Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) – Can I claim for lost earnings?
A claim for your loss of earnings can be made as part of your Personal Injury case and we will obtain all the relevant information from your employer, so you don’t need to.
