We will provide you with a costs estimate and discuss with you the various ways that your costs can be paid. We will also tell you if we believe that your costs estimate is likely to be exceeded at any point during the handling of your case and explain why. Why should I use your Family Law Solicitors?

There are many considerations and plenty of issues when it comes to relationships and families. Our Family Law team has a wealth of experience in successfully dealing with all manner of disputes and issues from initial advice right through to representation in court.

Of course, we fully appreciate that no-one really wants to involve a solicitor but the simple fact of the matter is that not obtaining the right guidance early on can be false economy. The expertise and advice our firm offers can:

  • simplify and shorten the legal process,
  • provide you with a realistic assessment of your situation,
  • potentially avoid the need for formal court proceedings, and
  • provide you with the comfort of knowing that all the legal issues will be managed professionally.

The Waddington Turner Wall Family Law Team understand that the breakdown of a relationship and the subsequent emotional roller coaster is difficult enough to deal with; without the additional pressure of court proceedings, agreements and/or financial settlements.

To help make things a little easier we offer:

  • Out of hours appointments
  • Off street parking
  • Disabled parking and facilities
