FCILEx
I have recently qualified (05.06.2017) as a Chartered Legal Executive Lawyer (FCILEx) and can administer Oaths, Affidavits and Declarations just like a solicitor.
Solicitors for the Elderly
I am accredited by the Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE) this means that I have experience and understanding of the issues and concerns faced by those wishing to plan for later life and the elderly.
Although I have experience in other areas of the business, I chose to specialise in Wills, Probate & Elderly Care because I felt I had an affinity to the clients I was dealing with on a daily basis.
For further information on what being an accredited SFE lawyer means go to:
• Making and taking telephone calls in relation to general enquiries; whether a client is looking for advice or an update.
• Drafting letters and other documentation such as Wills, Probate Applications, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship Applications.
• Discussing costs and billing with clients as well as co-coordinating invoices.
• Ensuring my case load is kept up to date and in order.
• Dealing with post received on my matters and generally within the department (when necessary).
