“Jean provided excellent service to myself and my Mum. Jean was very accommodating to my Mum’s needs and due to my Mum’s age (91), Jean very kindly visited myself and my Mum at her home. Jean did this on two occasions and she was prompt and on time. Kept us informed every step of the way. Jean was so lovely with my Mum and very professional at the same time. Would definitely use Jean again.”
