Coronavirus (Covid-19) Announcement

Coronavirus (Covid-19) announcement

Due to the unprecedented challenge that the country is facing with the Coronavirus/Covid-19 outbreak, we are making some changes to how we interact with you and third parties.

In line with WHO and Government advice we need to play our part in preventing the spread of the Coronavirus. Our main concern must be for the wellbeing and health of you, our staff and their families.

We are open for business with all staff contactable in the usual manner. Arrangements are being made so that some of the team can work remotely if required.

Phone calls and emails will be dealt with as quickly as possible and we will do all we can to ensure that our service levels are maintained.

Face to face meetings, conferences and mediations will only be available in exceptional circumstances.

PLEASE:  Do not call into the office in person unless you have a pre-arranged appointment.

To minimise any risk, we will be offering:

  • Telephone appointments
  • Teleconferences
  • Video conferences
  • Facetime
  • Skype

If you are involved in a court case then we will keep you advised if there are any changes to court procedures or dates.

If applicable, our team will let you know of the procedures for checking identification and proof of address documentation.

This is an ever-changing situation and we will continue to keep you informed as and when appropriate.
