• Reduced rates of Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) will only apply until 30 September 2021.

• Our Property Team are dealing with a high volume of matters in the run up to the deadline.

• There may be a delay in responses to both telephone and email enquiries.

• New matters may not be dealt with until after the deadline.
