Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE)

From autumn 2021, you won’t need to do the LPC (Legal Practice Course) or have a training contract to qualify. You’ll need:

– a degree (or equivalent),
– 2 years’ qualifying work experience,
– have passed both stages of the Solicitors Qualifying Examination,
– pass the SRAs suitability requirements.
