Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA) – Increase in Probate Registry Fees

Please note that the UK Government’s Office of the Public Guardian are to increase the fees they charge for registering Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs). The increase, which comes into effect on 17.11.2025, will take the fee from £82.00 to £92.00 per LPA.
