Backlogs and delays – COVID-19

As we head into another lock-down due to COVID-19 we would ask for your continued patience.

Whilst we are working hard to maintain communication and ensure that cases and matters are progressed in a timely fashion, unfortunately there are some things that we cannot control. These include:

Court dates and the format of the preceedings e.g. video or telephone conference.
HM Land Registry backlogs and delays.
General delays caused by third parties e.g. due to staff being unavailable.
Illness & self-isolation.

These continue to be unprecendented and difficult times for all of us.
