I am part of the Property Law team at Waddington Turner Wall Solicitors. My role is to help clients with:
- residential/house sales,
- residential/house purchases,
- mortgage providers,
- transfers of equity, and
- remortgages.
A typical day will consist of:
- Dealing with new and existing clients.
- Taking instructions for property purchases & sales.
- Sales & Purchases include Leasehold, Freehold, Registered and Unregistered land.
- Preparing sale contracts.
- Investigating and checking property titles.
- Pre-contract searches.
- Transfer Deeds.
- Dealing with the mortgage providers.
- Accounting & invoicing transactions.
- Inland Revenue & Land Registry documentation.
