I joined the WTW team in 2020. Since this time, I have continued to gain extensive knowledge as part of the Residential and Commercial Property Team. This has enabled me to take an active role in Commercial and Agricultural legal transactions. I am currently undertaking my LPC at the University of Law.

A typical day consists of:

Dealing with new and existing clients.
Taking instructions for commercial and residential property purchases & sales.
Property transactions include Leasehold, Freehold, Registered and Unregistered land.
Preparing sale contracts.
Investigating and checking property titles.
Preparing Epitomes of Title and First Registration applications for Unregistered Land.
Pre-contract searches.
Transfer Deeds.
Dealing with mortgage providers.
Drafting Declarations of Trust and Deeds of Assignment for Equitable Interest
Accounting & invoicing transactions.
Inland Revenue & Land Registry documentation
